I am having a problem opening PDF documents: there is a blank page/an error message. What should I do?

We do not publish the items we link to, so we have no control over the type of file used.

We suggest trying the following:

  • Ensure you have the latest version of Adobe® Reader®. You can download the software free from the Adobe website (opens new window).

  • Click on the title of the document using the right button of your mouse, select 'save target as' and save the document to your computer.
