Summary: 

The agency's water situation reports, based on its own data as well as that from the Meteorological Office and water companies, give information on rainfall, soil moisture, river flows, groundwater levels and reservoir storage. A water situation report is published for each calendar month and is supplemented by a weekly update during dry periods.
