Summary: 

This report presents the findings from a qualitative research study to explore the views of Jobcentre Plus customers about the recommendations of the Leitch review and the strategies that are being planned in response. A total of 16 focus groups were undertaken with Jobcentre Plus customers whose educational attainment was below National Vocational Qualification Level 2.
