Summary: 

This report provides results from quantitative modelling that identifies households who may benefit from work credit using a departmental model based on family resource survey data. It also presents experiences and lessons learned from information collected during qualitative interviews with eligible customers who did and did not take up the credit and staff in the pilot areas.
