Summary: 

This report presents findings from a two-phased piece of research into customer experience and a baseline of existing WORKSTEP customers. WORKSTEP is a broad range of programmes and schemes that aim to help disabled people find and retain work. Supported employees on WORKSTEP work either in supported placements with mainstream employers, or in supported businesses established to employ disabled people.
